As Apple gets ready to unveil its next smartphone range on Monday, September 9th at 1 PM ET / 10 AM PT, the iPhone 16 is drawing near. As usual, the business is anticipated to formally unveil four phones: two regular iPhone 16s and two iPhone 16 Pro models, all of which are probably going to be loaded with AI capabilities from Apple Intelligence.
The broadcast is accessible on Apple TV as well as on the company’s website and YouTube channel. (Apple often ensures that you see this when you navigate from the Apple TV app’s main page, but you can also look for it by searching for “Apple Event”).
Apple is likely to announce the release dates for its upcoming major software upgrades, which include WatchOS 11, visionOS 2, iOS 18, iPadOS 18, macOS 15 Sequoia, and iOS 18, in addition to new iPhones. When it launches, Apple Intelligence will be available on the first three of those operating systems; but to benefit from it, you’ll need to have an iPhone 15 Pro or an iPad or Mac with an M1 processor.
New AirPods and perhaps even a smaller Mac Mini are also possible, but they might be released later in the year alongside other new Macs.
Apple will unveil the iPhone 16 lineup during the September 9th event, showcasing new models with Apple Intelligence AI features. The event, which will be streamed on Apple TV, the website, and YouTube, may also announce major software updates and tease new AirPods or a smaller Mac Mini.
