F1 Manager has gotten a lot of hype over the years. Our Calls Have Been Answered!

With the past releases, the F1 Manager community has been complaining about the lack of options with the off-track side of the game, claiming that it makes the game “repetitive” in the long run. but for this release, the developers seem to answer the community’s pleas, concentrating on the career side of the game, with new options, such as creating and managing your team, which will become the 11th team on the F1 grid, and using it to take part in the season with it, with 6 different starting scenarios for your team, As for the management options, you get control over your starting budget, the quality of your team’s facilities and car, your power unit supplier, and finally, employment.

Further upgrades also include new improvements to the game UI, making it more similar to the EA F1 series games with changes to the livery in terms of color, finishing options, and adapting pre-made templates; however, it still manages to stand out by giving you more customization options with the color gradients of the liveries, driver suits, etc, as well as giving you more control over your sponsorship placements.

The game also gives you the option of customizing your drivers, back-room staff, and even a backmarker, of course, you have the option to opt for real-life staff members and racers, but that would affect the other teams in the season, making them react according to your actions, for example changing their starting drivers for the season and so on. and of course with managing your team, you get control over your sponsorship options, with each sponsor offering different amounts of money, and according different terms, and finally with higher difficulty objectives achieved, you get better monetary rewards once you achieve those objectives, which is very common in motorsport management games.

Finally, we got a highly anticipated change to a very impactful game mechanic, which is mechanical failures, which the community complained about the errors only occurring when a component completely fails, which is a rare occurrence, that takes a lot of negligence to happen, and takes time for the car to stop running. With F1 Manager 2024 though, the devs fixed this issue by adding mechanical faults, which vary in severity, with minor ones, that have little effect on your career, to major ones that could cause retirement, and the best part is that it doesn’t just apply to the player, but the AI teams as well, which makes the game more exciting and immersive.
