Razer unveiled the Razer Wolverine V3 Pro, described as the “ultimate wireless Esports controller.” Featuring state-of-the-art technology, this controller is officially licensed by Xbox and has been extensively tested with feedback from Eric “Snip3down” Wrona, a 2-time X Games medalist and 24-time Halo champion. Wrona’s endorsement has helped shape the controller to offer competitive gamers advanced customization, rapid, responsive inputs, and an ergonomic design.
The controller boasts four mouse-click paddles, two claw-grip bumpers, Razer Pro HyperTriggers, Hall Effect precision thumbsticks, and Razer HyperSpeed Wireless connectivity, all designed to deliver a smooth and comfortable gaming experience.
Team Razer has expanded with the addition of Eric Wrona, the first esports competitor who uses a controller to join the team. His insights were crucial in developing the Razer Wolverine V3 Pro. “The Wolverine V3 Pro’s intuitive design and customizable features offer a significant competitive edge. It’s the obvious choice for anyone serious about winning,” says Eric Wrona.
The Hall Effect Thumbsticks, while similar to traditional thumbsticks, feature advanced technology such as anti-friction rings and high-quality materials to ensure long-lasting durability and resistance to wear.
The Razer Wolverine V3 Pro also comes with the Razer Controller app, allowing users to further customize their experience. The app enables players to adjust precision filters and tailor Dead Zones to fit their specific game requirements.
The wireless Razer Wolverine V3 Pro connects via a USB Type-A dongle, providing a seamless 2.4 GHz connection for both Xbox and PC. It includes a carrying case that holds the controller, two replacement thumbstick caps, the wireless dongle, and a 10ft cable, ensuring that it stays in top condition and is easy to transport for tournaments and competitions.
For those who prefer a wired connection, Razer has also released the wired Wolverine V3 Tournament Edition. This version offers all the features of the wireless controller but with a reliable wired connection.
You can purchase the wireless Razer Wolverine V3 Pro for $199.99 at the Razer store, or opt for the wired version at $99.99.
